Saturday 8/27, Woke up and went home to get ready for family pictures at Ernie’s, I was a mess all morning but I think it was just stress or something, so I met Mom and Dad at a gas station to follow them to E and E’s house, wore matching shirts and got pictures taken, left and went to pick up B to get ready at my house. Showered, got ready, and headed out the door. Made it to Canlis right on time and mingled, then Kassie got there with her new beau and he was wearing pink (hott) with pink cuff links too. Good looking guy and is very funny and we all kept each other in stitches throughout dinner. He asked Adam if he gets a free cup of chowder with that blazer, and it was hilarious. Then Adam was doing this trick with his knife and a napkin that looked like a giant erection hurtling at Emma’s head. The waitress told us that we were her favorite table, pretty funny. Dinner was really great and there was an open bar, but we ended up leaving around 10 cause I hadn’t begun to pack yet and I had to drop Alix off at home, so we left, and ended up getting to bed fairly late.
Friday 8/26, I had to go to the doctors and found out I have some weird shit going on…got some meds, stayed later than usual at work cause I had the Dr appt, but we finished a huge project and I felt good leaving for the weekend/trip to Whistler. I hung out at home for a long time and then eventually went over to Mom’s to watch the dogs, talked to Courtney and read Harry Potter.
Thursday 8/25, Went straight from work to B’s house and talked with Chrystol and Jen while B made dinner. We went to the store together and got into a conversation about my toenails and him noticing me that irritated me at the time but we cleared it up later. Jason was in a mood but luckily it wasn’t directed at me. We ate a very good soup for dinner with bread, and then we talked for a long time in his room cause I was irritated, but we settled it so that’s good. Left later than usual to go to Neighbours, met Susan in the lot, then walked over. Nothing really exciting happened, I didn’t really talk to my bf at all cause he was tired and there were too many people there. We got one of the goth guys in trouble cause he was handing out flyers and bf was telling me I’d have to testify and the guy could go to jail for all of this stuff, but Susan warned me that he was kidding, but I was still gullible and believed him. Then he smiled and I knew I’d been had. Other than that, not much happened, it was kind of a bust. I left later than usual and got screwed because of construction, not home until about 2. Ouch.
Wednesday 8/24, Kay-See and I took a field trip down to Toys in Babeland. After work I went over to Mom’s to talk tile, but we didn’t go see any just made some phone calls, and I still have no idea what I’m going to do. Went and talked with Jeni at Dad’s work and she said orange is great for my complexion and is very nice and helping me figure out my loan stuff. Ate a little at Mom’s and then went home, but Kay-See called not too much later so I went to her house and we took off for Seattle. We were hoping to see my bf by taking a “shortcut” by Neighbours, but didn’t, so we got to TiB and were feeling the condoms and tasting the flavored lubricants, it was fun. I got the Nubby G, but still have yet to use it. After that we walked back by Neighbours but my bf wasn’t out front again so we didn’t get to talk to him…oh well. We drove to the other end of Broadway and went and had some pizza and I saw Phillip, we did one more drive by after pizza, but no sign.
