Thursday 6/29, Susan and I walked down to the park and actually did some jogging down to the water where there were a couple of boys swimming. I told Susan that we should make out with them on their beach blankets, but we didn’t. Because they were like 15. When we got home I made a big salad and my leftover pizza. Not much else, just read before going to bed.

Wednesday 6/28, I did my short walk but I didn’t really push it because it was hot out. I made brownies and a pizza for dinner and talked to Dad about hiking. He gave me some great ideas for places to go and they’re all a bit out there but should be fun when I get around to doing them.

Tuesday 6/27, I was going to go on a walk but cramps got the better of me so I didn’t. I read and played on my computer instead. I made a big omelet for dinner with broccoli and yellow tomato with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It was good.

Monday 6/26, Got home from work and it was very hot, but I dragged up the AC from the garage and got it kind of set up and had cool air blowing without too much trouble. It didn’t cool my room down that much but standing right in front of it felt good. I had a make-shift dinner that consisted of a giant salad and a toaster strudel and left the house at 8:00 for my walk. I was determined to bust ass and try to be back within a half hour. I ran about ¼ - 1/3 of it and made it back at exactly 8:30 exhausted with sweat dripping off of every part of my body. It was still like 80° outside, probably maybe. I don’t really know, but that’s what it felt like. I took a cool shower and read my Paul Thoroux book until I went to bed.
