Monday 9/11, I got off of work around 4:00 so I didn’t have an excuse to not go on my walk, and I did pretty well with running for a good part of it. I showered when I got home and re-tried on all my clothes and decided I love all of them except for one shirt I’m not sure about but we’ll see. I did a ton of laundry and hand washed some stuff then just sat in my room. I finally got a hold of Auntie Lauryn and talked to her for a half hour or so, then worked on my collage again before getting ready for bed and reading a little bit in Whale Rider.
Sunday 9/10, I got up around 8:30, ate some breakfast, laid in bed for a little bit then got up and ready for my walk. I pushed it harder than the day before and even ran for a good portion. Sunday mornings are always nice because there’s hardly anyone on the road. When I got back I showered and called Eric to see if he wanted to hang out before going to work, he said yes and to meet him at the Ballard bowl, so I drove down and met him wearing one of my new shirts. I watched him and some other guys skate for a while then he said we could go but we just ended up behind some building with him trying to show me some tricks and saying we couldn’t make out because his skate friends might see. I busted his chops a little over that. Finally we left and drove into downtown Seattle and parked right outside Red so that I could go in and see if Kassie was working, she wasn’t, but I talked to Tiffany and she said Sean would be in later and to stop back by to see the baby if I wanted. She also asked if Eric was my bf and I said no, we’re just kind of dating / hanging out. We left and Eric wadded up his gum wrapper and threw it toward this canister on the ground meant for cigarettes, but missed so I lectured him on littering. When we got to the corner he asked me “Where are we going to go now? Litter school?” and I didn’t even catch it, then he started laughing and saying how stupid what he just said was, and then I realized the ridiculousness of it and we both started laughing hysterically. It was fun. So we ended up just walking around and “window shopping” waiting for Michael to call and meet us. In the meantime we got something to drink and walked up to the Rack and went in and looked around, Eric helped me find some shoes but we both ended up leaving empty handed, then we headed back to the car to go back to Ballard when Michael called and said to meet him, but since we were so close to Red I went in to use the bathroom and Sean was washing someone’s hair and as I walked toward him he goes “I didn’t recognize you because you have SUCH HOT HAIR!” so I laughed and told him Eric was outside and asked if I could use the bathroom, he said of course, so I did then on my way out told him that everyone seriously loves my hair and he said, of course they do, you look hot. I giggled and he said he’d see me soon and as I was walking out Eric came and held the door open for me, awww, then we headed down the street to meet up with Michael and his friends from NY. Michael told me my shirt was cute and we all walked down to Pike Place and just chatted. This girl selling stuff in the market goes “Feel free to handle the woodwork ladies!” and Eric and I laughed for like 5 minutes. We decided it was time to go because Eric had to work so we said goodbye to Michael and headed back to the car. As we walked up to it Sean was facing the street so I pointed to Eric and he smiled and nodded, then we drove back to Ballard where he dropped me at my car and I drove home. When I got there I curled up on my bed watching SatC and fell asleep. Susan woke me up and asked if I wanted to go to Target and Soundsations, so I got up, we drove down and I returned one of the shirts from the day before but ended up buying 3 more then going over to Soundsations to talk to Richrd and Jeremiah for awhile, then to Taco Time so Susan could get some grub. I called Dad when I got home and talked to him all the way to the Mongolian grill place in Bellevue for dinner and got an update on what’s going on down there then went in for dinner which was actually a pleasant meal. Jake was being nice and we talked about Eric a little and Auntie Lauryn then everyone jetted. I called Court on the way home and talked to her for like an hour and a half, forever! I even made a stop at the store all while we talked about the wedding, Eric, me coming down to San Diego and the UPS boys and Spencer. I hope they put him in the wedding that way I can walk with him. I don’t think I did anything else for the rest of the night, except eat some cookies or something and watch SatC.
Saturday 9/9, We woke up at 8:30 and laid in bed until about 9:00 then got up and ready and out the door to go to Sweet Addition where I got a peach scone and Eric got…coffee. Boo! I told him he doesn’t eat very often so he had some bites of my scone, but not the sugary part. We hit the road to Carnation and our first stop was the “bowl” and there were some youngish kids there who were enamored of Eric. It was kind of cold out but he was sweating up a storm while I sat on the bench and watched. We were there for probably an hour before we decided to go to the park. He changed his shirt and we walked around this park which was pretty empty. We found these deserted camping sites and picked blackberries, then I found a stick and was playing with it but almost nailed Eric in the eye a few times. We walked up to “Whiskey Point” or something where him and Michael and someone else had come a few months back, then this little kid comes out of nowhere in the woods, so we get fake-freaked out and leave, but Eric was trying to make out with me while this kid was behind us. We walked back across the suspension bridge and I dropped my stick into the river and we headed back. We talked about our exes a little bit on the way back and he offered to drive, but I was ok, then we decided to get some food and settled on XXX. We sat outside and made out at our table for awhile then he tried to get the splinter out of my finger and it was so cute. A couple of Porsches showed up and it was getting me all hot and he was trying to use it to his advantage. So we ate our food and headed back to my house and he had to leave right away because he only had 20 minutes to get to work. I called Kay-See to tell her to come over and she said she’d call when she was on her way, so I put on Sex and the City and fell asleep then the phone rang but I didn’t answer it, then my cell and Kay-See asked where I was, I said home, and she said she’d been knocking on the door, whoops! So she came back and we talked about Eric and living situations and stupid B then she had to go around 5:30 so I watched more SatC and decided to go on my walk. I was a little stiff so I didn’t really push myself. When I got back Susan and I decided to go down to the Rack where I ended up buying two coats, three shirts, two pairs of underwear and some earrings. Um, I needed new clothes I guess. After I came out of the dressing room I see Collin McCoy and go over and get a hug and we chat for about 15 minutes about what we’re each doing and I met his gf, Jamie I think, and that was really fun. We gossiped about people we went to school with and how we’ve each been spending our time. It was good to see him. Then we headed over to Target where I got more shirts, then we went to Applebees because Susan wanted dessert. We ended up with the appetizer platter and a chimi-cheesecake which I ate way too much of and felt sick from for the rest of the night. We had fun though, chatting, looking at the one semi-cute boy at the bar, conversing with our waiter and listening to the decent music they were playing, plus Susan treated, yay! We went home and I crawled into bed (it was a little after 11:00) and went to sleep.

I ate leftovers for dinner and began making a new collage to put in the kitchen with pictures and postcards and stuff. Around 9:30 I showered and got ready for Eric to come over because he was supposed to get off around “10-ish”. Well, I ended up laying around for a very long time waiting for him to get there and he finally called around 11:45 to say that he couldn’t make it out, and I said I figured, then he was all “Sike, I’m about 10 minutes away!” so he got me, and then tried to sneak in undetected with his headlights off. He called me and I told him he better turn them back on so he doesn’t crash into something, but he was trying to play it like he wasn’t there yet, it was funny. So I went and let him in and we just hung out for a little bit, talking, kissing, etc, then I put a cd on and we made out hardcore until 3:30. We “took care of” each other and went to sleep.
